Capitol Towers offers nearly 500,000 square feet of premier Class A office and retail space in the heart of Charlotte’s prestigious South Park neighborhood. Lincoln Harris, the developer built two 10-story office buildings, as well as a seven-story parking garage and retail space. Architects and building planners needed the services of Spaulding Craft, Inc. to manufacture and fabricate the coffered domes, column covers and cornices.
